Custom advanced filters

We’ve noticed when you goto the orders menu, you can select advanced filters.

Is there anyway we can add our own advanced filter, for example if we have a custom field “supplier_field” , we’d like to “Supplier” as a filter and then search based on the custom field values.

So the same functionality as the product filter works, but for custom fields instead ?
