We made a payment for a new website but because my email was being used for a different website, the payment did not give me the pro version for the website we were paying for, it read it as a renewal but it was not a renewal, it was a new project.
We need that payment changed to the new project, not my old one.
Who can I speak with to correct this error. The pro services are currently being provided to the wrong domain. Do I need a new email address for every website I develop?
Can you please fix this? IDK why it renewed it when the choice to renew came from a new domain. Do you have an activation code for pro versions or is this your only method?
