[Logs] User X does not have access to financial information

I install and configure plugin (1.7.2), add some bring products like cargo, business parcel and a few to test but dont get any bring option in a cart.
So i open logs and find this:

                            "code": "FORBIDDEN",
                            "description": "User X does not have access to financial information for customer X. You might want to contact the mybring administrator for this customer (typically a privileged user from that customer)."

On bring website my user has privilage to financial information.

What can i do to repair this?
