Looking for an advanced product filter/builder plugin

Im looking for options to either filter products, or/and build a product.

Use case would be for example, a jewelry store. You can choose the ring and design you want, but then there would need to be a filter within the product page to filter down the type/quality of diamond you would want in the ring.

A good example would be:
https://www.thediamondringcompany.co.uk/diamond-engagement-rings/classic-engagement-rings/the-alicia.html

Choose Carat, colour, clarity etc, and it filters a list below it.

Variations wouldnt work? As that would be 200+ variations, per product?
