No ‘Checkbox for Optin’ option available

The knowledge base says that there is supposed to be a button for email optin from users as per https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/18260-WordPress-Constant-Contact-Forms-Options?lang=en_US

But the reality, it is no where to be found. Am I missing some option to check off to have it show?
