Problem with PHP-Versions above 7.0

If I save an event without an end time I get an error message in line 1818. “Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in …” File quick-event-manager.php

PHP Versions 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3.

In PHP version 7.0 it works.
