Whenever I make a post or update a post with a podcast episode, the episode on BluBrry is not created or updated. (even if “Modify existing podcast episode” is checked on the BluBrry page)
I’ve setup a podcasting system and importing old media from libsyn. All of my posts appear and all my media has been migrated to BluBrry. I am able to manually refresh podcast listings on the BluBrry site from the RSS feed. However, I would like this to happen automatically when I create, edit, or delete a podcast episode.
My account is linked, Blubrry Statistics and Media Hosting is enabled. I am on the second tier of BluBrry podcast hosting, I’ve added Blubrry Podcast Directory as a destination, I’ve enabled WebSub, my podcast feed is valid, I am running WordPress version 5.3.0 and BluBrry verssion 8.0.3. I’ve tried purging all caches with W3 total cache and clearing the plugins update cache from the tools menu of PowerPress.
I do not have channels, categories, taxonomies, or post types enabled. I just have Meta Marks and PowerPress Playlist Player. I am using Divi as my theme.
Is there a major time delay for BluBrry to refresh episodes? It is my understanding that PowerPress notifies blubrry whenever a change is made. What am I missing here? I can check the debug logs if need.
It may be related to another issue I am having (which isn’t a big deal because my workaround was to use the Refresh Podcast Listing tool from BluBrry). In the Migrate Media section, whenever I add media files to migrate (14 mp3 files), I get: BluBrry Migrate Media Error: Migration Expired [two months ago]. This was the first time I migrated my content and nothing seems to happen when I click Update Episodes Now. I’m fairly certain my account is linked.
Perhaps some kind of link is broken between BluBrry and powerpress?
I can PM additional information if required. Would rather not reveal client information publicly.
