Hi there
The theme I have been using has not been updated for a couple of years, after the author simply “disappearing”. It’s been almost impossible however to get an alternative that renders different content as this or specifically after recipe press reloaded was originally updated to a certain version by Jan. THIS shows the current theme, with same issue, which however was not like that before that specific version change.
On the blog front and recipe archive pages, the recipe introduction simply was no longer printed and so one just has only the image and title, which admittedly leaves to much white space, which the other content does have. Same on recipe archive page.
There are extremely few themes like https://wordpress.org/themes/vw-fitness-gym/ which for recipe press reloaded show the introductory text, unfortunately, though they do not look that nice or have an issue or 2, that are hard to customize.
So I found this theme => https://wordpress.org/themes/spacious/, which I’m quite satisfied with in a number of ways BUT for recipes, it also leaves out the introductory text, which as you see leaves to much white space on the front + recipe archive pages. The recipes look much better on both pages with the preview, but the site as well.
So my request, not being a coder: is there some code you could help provide that would enable printing the preview (like other site blog content on site front or like https://wordpress.org/themes/vw-fitness-gym/, which does so in both cases for recipepress reloaded) and exactly where, i.e. which theme file should it be placed in or edited?
Would be grateful.
Regards
