Hello,
After having accidentally pressed ‘delete’ with my hosts, I’ve managed to recover it from backups. I now have a problem, when typing the domain on social media or a website checker, it looks like the website is pointing to a different site.
This is also proved when using https://nibbler.silktide.com/ to check the domain it tells me that it’s a redirect. I’ve viewed the source of the page on google chrome, and I can’t find the reference of the redirect in the code that comes up.
I’ve contacted my website hosts and they’ve checked the DNS settings, they’ve told me it’s pointing to my website and seems to be a WordPress problem. If I wanted assistance with that it would cost £70 an hour, money which our charity doesn’t have to spend on such a small issue.
Has anyone got any suggestions for me to check, as I’m stumped?
