Upgraded to the latest WP OP version – Get Notice: register_meta was called incorrectly.

Notice: register_meta was called incorrectly. When registering an “array” meta type to show in the REST API, you must specify the schema for each array item in “show_in_rest.schema.items”. Reloaded/installed the up grade. No luck.
Debugging suggested resetting the permalinks in settings may help.
Went there. Could find no reset button. Notice did say NEVER change permalinks.
Anyone have this problem?
