Is there a plug-in like how Zillow shows images

Hello,

I’m trying to create an experience like Zillow has where when I click on a house, a separate window pops up with the images and description. It looks like this with the white X in the top right: https://screencast.com/t/PFVRhAWMU Quite a few sites have a similar implementation.

Is there a plug in that can do something similar? I’m guessing maybe not, and that this will take a lot of development.
