Codes ascii appear in the title

Hello,
In RSS feeds, how not to have html codes for some special characters especially in titles of feed ?

For example, instead of having “123@123.fr” we see appear code & # 64; instead of “@” see https://ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm

Its only on title of feeds…
