Block Times Does Not Show

I’ve been using this plugin on other sites, and worked well so far, but unfortunately now it does not display the Block Times part admin section. Could it be that I am missing some php libraries?

In the html where the other site had div#fbiulder and inside the formheader and the fieldlist_1, the other one has these completely empty.Same is true for the Add booking section.
