Custom Exclude date range

Hi

Is there a way to make a specific exclude category?

For example, I want to exclude repeating events on public (bank) holidays but I hate to manually enter each date for each event so to save time, can I set these dates in a code somewhere and when I create a new listing, I just tick a box saying Exclude > Holidays and it is automatically applied?
