I have set up a category for items that can be mailed in a single envelope, which is a work around for the fact that there are no Canada Post API’s for envelope mailing (items that can be shipped very cheaply because they are so small).
Anyway, I have set up flat rate classes for these.
But when a single item goes to the cart, the shipping option is shown for flat rate, BUT ALSO FOR regular parcel.
I don’t know why there are 2 rates there.
The item IS duplicated but the item (when purchased singly) that can go by envelope has a different name (and slug) and product number. The Canada Post shipping class is NOT applied to these items, but yet the cart is showing both.
How can I hide this?

(Only the T-shirts are variable products, so select another for simplicity)
Debugging is on, and yes the item may FIT into other packages but I want the item limited to the flat rate, and there are only 2 packages that should be selected since only 2 qualify for the 2cm maximum for the mail slot.
