When will the WP SVN plugin repo update after I push files?

Hello. I maintain a plugin in the WordPress plugin repo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/outdated-plugin-notifier/). I noticed an error with the assets folder, so on my local computer I fixed the issue, and pushed it to the WordPress repo using SVN. That was ~2-3 days ago. Those edits are not reflected, neither in trac nor in the online svn repo. Should I expect to see those edits at this point?
Or do I have to wait 6-14 days as described here. I’m not sure if the 6-14 day wait applies to any SVN push, or just the first, initial push.

This post indicates that the WordPress.org Plugin Directory may take up to 6 hours to update. But what exactly is the “WordPress.org Plugin Directory?” Is it this? Does this 6 hour limit apply to me in this case?
