parent/child relationships of tags are not right

Hi there,

We are facing issue in your plugin, We have few tags, and published the products.
After a month we have make parent/child relationships of tags. Existing tag convert in child tag and new tags are now become parent tags.
For example
E
–A
–B
F
–C
–D
…

Issue is that now child tags are not showing in their own parents.
For example
E
–C
F
–Z
–A
…
