Create capability

Hi,

I have a case, where I need to create one custom role and assign capability.

I have installed “User Role Editor” plugin.
I want to create new custom capability of a page(installed a plugin “New User Approve”),
while creating a capability its asking for “Capability name (ID)”. please let me know how do I know the Capability name.

Please help me out.
