In the actual developer version of WP 5.3 the “Classic Paragraph” shows no formatting toolbar.
Conversion to Classic Block works + Classic Block has regular working Toolbar.
Is there any update for WP 5.3 (near WP 5.3 Release Date on 12. Nov 2019) to expect?
