Hi, im having an issue with mailchimp. I have noticed that in my wordpress the plugin, it is not connected and has an error 503, i have researched the error and found an article about IP address. I called my host provider and change my hosting to have a dedicated ip address. I have uninstalled mailchimp then re-installed, but that had not fixed the problem. I created a new API key, but the did nothing. Could you please help me and let me know what i have to do to get it to work? Do i have to do something to let the backend know i have a new ip address? How do i find out what IP address it is trying to use?
