Hold Stock disabled, Pending orders still got Cancelled

Hi,

I’ve disabled the Hold Stock (for unpaid orders) settings by leaving it blank, I want to keep the unpaid orders in “Pending Payment” status with no time restriction. BUT, pending orders still got Cancelled, and this happens within 5 minutes from order creation.

Any pointers on where I need to check? Currently using WooCommerce version 3.7.1.
