Fixed proportions of images

Hi,

I´m using Elementor for the theme Ocean WP. Below the menu at the top of my website I have an image across the whole width of the page.

By increasing the width of the window the hight of the image changes and that leads to the result that my image section on my website changes as well.

I´m looking for an option to keep the proportions of my image section equal regardless of the chosen width of the window.

Can you help me?
