Howdy,
I have created a page on our site for donations using the GiveWP plugin. The plugin seems to be working both in test mode and live mode (we’ve done a stripe credit card donation and it came through). The email notifications are also sent through (both the admin message and the donor receipt).
My problem is: The plugin is unable to load the success page and it ends up on a HTTP ERROR 503 – ‘fatherheartaustralia.net is currently unable to handle this request.’
I have cleared caches, tried it with the custom CSS, tried to redirect to a different page, deleted the plugin and reinstalled, but the problem persists.
Would appreciate some input on how to fix this.
