Display error message from sending form data to external API

Hi,

I need help with the coding. I am using ninja_forms_submission_actions to send form submission data to external api using REST API. If the request is successful i will receive the redirection url in the response. I am updating the redirect url with the “redirect url” found in the response. My issue is if i get any error messages from the request i want to display them on the form. But i could not figure out how. Can any one help me with this please ?
