content wrapped in shortcode

I am looking for a solution where I can wrap shortcode with popup options around what I want to be inside the popup.

Something like…

[popup_anything popupname=”XX” location=”center” bgcolor=”#12345″ height=”200″ width=”300″] text content other plugins shortcodes here that I want to display in the pop up[/popup_anything]

Any one have ideas?
