I installed the free version and then purchased the OneDrive extension. Installation instructions didn’t match what was on my screen so I logged a support ticket. Was told to read the installation instructions, when I’d already clearly explain they didn’t reflect what was on my screen (nicely, with screenshots).
When I told them this I was then advised I should give them my organisation’s WordPress admin logins so they can solve the problem. No responsible website admin should ever do this, and even if I did, do you think I’d send them by email?
Deleted plugin, wrote off the money and time wasted.
Lousy support and terrible advice.
