Hi,
i installed and configured on my WordPress site, and when typing in any of the fields, and pressing spacebar, this would cause the whole page to scroll down erratically. I wondered if anyone has any insight to this? I have not done any troubleshooting – disabling other plugins, default theme, etc – as my client asked to switch it to another chat plugin he had used previously. But i can if that’s the best route – i would like to get this working for him.
