Original form was made using Visual Form Builder. When a user clicks submit, the form information is successfully sent (arrives via email and appears in email log), then the ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties.’ screen appears.
Created a test page with a very simple form and get the same results. Tried using Ninja Forms. Tried using WP Forms Lite. Same issue.
Any suggestions?
