Probably the wrong “topic” however need help.
Once people have signed in and attempt to go to a page that is protected, available only to members, they see a blank page. This is happening on IPhones. IPads and Macs do not have the same problem when using Chrome, however using chrome on IPhone’s does not solve the problem. It is my understanding that similar issues occur due to cache settings, however since they have never been to the page before, I don’t see how cache issues can be causing this.
We are using Divi, by Elegant Themes. We are using MemberPress as our membership platform.
