I am techy but never used wordpress or really created a website. I have the general idea, so here goes nothing.
I am using Ultimate Member for my manager for User/PW (this can change, just something I setup).
I want a user to be able to login to the website (I can do this) and be able register for an event (free or not) and select a spot and that spot shows the user’s name (the login they use or a friendly name) to others who are selecting that same event so people can see where other people are sitting.
My idea is to make a bowling reg / lane assignment so people can register and choose a lane and other users can see where their friends are an choose that lane too.
For instance:
1-20 Lanes and 5 people per lane
I book myself (rrruff) for lane 20, spot 1
I want my friends to be able to see I booked that spot so they can book in the same lane.
Most of the event/tickets I have seen sort of allow this, but don’t allow users to see who booked where. Any idea what I am looking for in a plugin?
