Hi, yesterday I changed my hosting plan and had to migrate to a different server. After the migration, I noticed the thumbnails were gone. The only index working was the one in list format. Is there a way I can recover the index with thumbnails? Do I delete the plug-in and reinstall? I’m now on a Managed WordPress hosting plan so I’m not sure I have access at all to the database. Also, instructions will have to really be detailed as I’m not very technical. Thank you!
