Adding a simply sign up button

Hello – I would like to have a simple button on my homepage to go alongside an image for a lead magnet that will link to a pre-made form for my CRM (Getrepsonse) in order for subscribers to sign up, but I cannot find how to do this.

There is a plugin for building a form but it is very basic and doesn’t allow for images, so need a button to link to my Getrepsonse form,
