Delay of style applying on page refresh

Thanks for plugin.

If one of accessibility options enable (for example – contrast) – on each new page (or refresh) at first seconds shows original styles (bright), and only after – applied another styles from plugin css (dark).

Is any possibility to reduce this style-blinking effect?
