We are a non-profit organisations that use Ninja Forms with multiple add-ons (Agency license) on a WordPress MultiSite installation and a standalone WordPress install. The core plugin is great, and the add-ons increases the functionality greatly.
We spent some time configuring the different solutions we are using. One in particular was challenging and many of the add-ons we chose turned out not to work as expected. This could have been avoided had the documentation been better. In the end we ended up with the Webhooks add-on integrated with WebMerge (the WebMerge add-on did not integrate fully with the service). The webhooks add-on had a bug which prevented full usage of the app. We registered the bug with support, and got a working fix after one day! Excellent.
The Ninja Forms support team provide excellent support for both bug fixes and feature requests. We hope that many of the functionality we have requested will be implemented in future updates.
Pros:

– Integration with third parties (add-ons)
– Easy and intuitive UI
– Great support
– Good basic documentation
Cons:
– The documentation could be more extensive
– Community is poorly organised
I would strongly recommend this plugin and add-ons to anyone. With the correct plugins this should suite most needs.
