Hi a am trying to migrate a website and have successfully managed to make a backup. However, when I try to restore the backup onto the new hosting space I always get “Restore Failed” error and looking at the restore window the process always seems to stop at the same place. “backup_core.zip [2019-08-21 10:44:15][error]backup failed error unknown” Any ideas what I’m doing wrong. Looks like a great plugin by the way, maybe I’m just not technically savvy enough to fully understand it yet.
