I was able to use this plugin to move 6.000 posts from blogger to WP (one 22MB file). It was VERY nice to get the post dates right (it’s not clear from the plug in that you can add that data to replace “now”).
I give 4 stars because I deleted all my comments (!) because I could not figure out how to separate them out (different kind of <entry>?)
FYI, I needed to delete some metadata (<entry> that was formatting, not blog posts) at the head of the file. I also needed to manually fix some URLs because Blogger and WP have different “shortcuts” (blogger drops “the” from any titles in the URL).
Definitely worth working with this one, esp. given the fast and accurate support!
