Share counts on duo language site

Hello,

Thanks for the great plugin! I am already using your javascript line code to combine http + https share counts and that works perfect. I have an additional question if by any chance you have any suggestions.

I have a duo-language site and the structure of all the links is like this:

English:
https://www.myfoodandhappiness.com/crispy-oven-baked-falafels/
Bulgarian:
https://www.myfoodandhappiness.com/bg/crispy-oven-baked-falafels/

The share counts will show the share counts of that one url only as expected but I am wondering, is there a way to combine the share counts so it shows on either one of the page a total of both pages?
