Ignored support thread

Hi, I don’t mean to sound ungrateful, I know this is a free plugin, but I have been left hanging with this support thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/settingssettings-configuration-is-being-ignored/

I have since tried deactivating all my other plugins (apart from Jobs for WordPress) and set my theme to the 2019 theme and still the settings of Jobs for WordPress are not being shown on my frontend. I have inspected my database tables, and the settings are stored there as expected so the only reason I see is because there might be a problem with the plugin’s template files and how they query the DB.

I can write a custom template for single-jobs.php but there are other settings this won’t fix (like on the jobs listings page) and it won’t be update proof either. It seems like a bit of a hack tbh.

While the plugin is free and I didn’t pay money for it, I have invested several hours into it (configuring it, creating job posts etc) and I really hope that this time has not been a waste – I don’t want to have to abandon the plugin.

Thanks in advance for your help
