I mistakenly thought the pagination add-on was still using infinite scrolling. Is it possible to combine both infinite scrolling with pagination, similar to the example here: http://scrollsample.appspot.com/items?page=2
I think I saw somewhere there was an option to load an ad or banner above the loading indicator which might be a possible insertion point?
