I’ve been using Popup Builder Platinum for over a year now and it does the job. However, there are times when I need additional support, especially with specific requests or obstacles regarding pop-ups for my client’s sites and I get solid responses that either solves the problem or will be researched for future releases. They’re quick to respond (usually within 24 hours).
