I installed on my client’s site–which is running from their Windows server–and everything was fine WHILE I was still logged in and configuring. But once I logged out it became impossible for anyone to login to the back end. The XXX/wp-admin URL immediately “redirects” to the homepage. Not a caching or browser issues — once the plugin was disabled via FTP everything was fine (plugin currently disabled since we need to work on the site).
Can you recommend how the client can diagnose and fix his server issue?
