Hi, I’m using the Gridsby WordPress theme and I was able to get the theme installed exactly like the demo: https://modernthemes.net/wordpress-themes/gridsby/ The Appearance > Customize section has desktop, iPad and phone viewer and when I view it there it looks really great. But when I open the website up on my phone it doesn’t look at all like how the mobile view is supposed to look.
I have no idea what questions to ask or how to go about fixing it. Since I don’t understand how it’s happening.
