I can not log in to wordpress dashboard

i get “forbiden” message.
I have tried many solutions described in forum,
renamed plugins folder, edited htaccess adding lines with my website url,repaired database from Cpanel, renamed Divi theme, renamed/deleted htaccess file ( website works even after htaccess was deleted). Nothing helps.
My host currently running PHP 5.6 version, i assume that this problem started after my last worpdress and Divi theme update.
Does it has something to do with my hosting PHP version or no? a guy from Fiverr who tried to help me said that i need to update hosting environment to the latest versions but my hosting says that they can not update their PHP at this moment. Third party wordpresssupport guy told me this “website database directories got corrupted who controls login functionality”
What do you guys think, how can i fix this problem
