From different page remove the section

Hi,

Working on one page works perfect but coming from other page it removes the info

http://my-site.com/page/#my-id http://my-site.com/page/#my-id2 but when i use it from other page (menu) it change to http://my-site.com/page/# removing the my-id

Any idea how to fix this so it works from different pages to?
