I had spent many hours trying to resolve a login issue through my newly created website. Forums online and risky file transfer suggestions were not helping. I reached out for assistance, explained my problem, permitted access to my account, and finally…it was resolved! Ah, what relief and what joy! Now I can begin offering my class online.
