Hello,
We’re using Stripe for credit card orders and have noticed that some Stripe orders are not properly passing through via our order processing plugin.
The way it’s supposed to work is:
Stripe order enters backend as Pending-Payment
Order changes to Processing once payment is finalized
Order data is sent via email from WooCommerce backend to order processing system
The emails for some Stripe orders are not being sent.
Any information about if any recent updates caused interference with other plugins or similar problems would be appreciated.
