Unwanted Gap between Header Image and Navigation Menu

Hey People,

I am having trouble with a gap in between my header image and the navigation menu. Although I change the place of the header image the gap just does not go away. Here’s the site:

I think it can be easily solved with a CSS code but I could not find any. So I’d be glad if you could help.
