Hello there!
We are having a problem across a few of our client websites where we are getting a maximum execution time error when attempting to push backups to S3. These jobs had previously been working as expected for the last few months.
I have followed a few threads across the support forum looking into this error and attempted the numerous fixes listed such as playing around with the Maximum script execution time setting and adjusting the Reduce server load option.
We have now got to a point where most of our backups are successfully getting sent to S3. However, we are still getting errors and notification emails after every backup job.
