How can I load video and start playing once a user scrolls to video in WordPress?

After searching I could not find the option in WordPress and I came across Stackoverflow forum post

As you can see verified answer says this can be done using isInViewport.js plugin and jQuery.
So, my question is How can I use the isInViewport.js plugin in WordPress? OR is there any option in WordPress to get this work done.
