Hello, I just updated to the latest version of this plugin and my single opt-in in the footer is now displaying this error message when an email is typed in. I followed the uncommenting instructions for 11 in the FAQ but there is no change.
Emails are being saved but this error appears on the frontend. I disabled all other plugins but the issue persists.
